Course Content

The Surgical Safety Checklist (SSC) was created by the World Health Organization (WHO) to improve surgical safety, lower mortality rates, and reduce the frequency of surgical complications. Its goals encompass implementing a standardized healthcare system and advocating for a consistent approach to mitigate common and preventable risks that endanger the lives and health of surgical patients.
